Policies:

SHIPPING:		Available items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 4-5 business days from date of order. I ship all orders when payment is received or successfully processed. Free Shipping on orders over $200.00
PRICING:		Prices are subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver, gemstone beads and other materials.
PAYMENTS:		I use the paypal shopping cart as my primary payment service. If you would like to make payment via personal check or money order, please contact me to make payment and shipping arrangements. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. Please make payable to Karen Harmon.
REFUNDS:		No refunds or exchanges . Credits only. All items can be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of the package, no exchanges will be honored after 7 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
REPAIRS:		If your purchase breaks within 60 days, it can be repaired for free provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise, all repairs are $1.50 per inch plus the retail cost of any bead replacement.
RESTRINGING:		Restringing is offered at $2.00 per inch on items not purchased on this website. Please contact me with a detailed description of the item(s) and the type of beads needing to be restrung.
PRIVACY:		Under no circumstances do I give or sell customer information to a third party. Your email address is only used to follow up after your purchase or to clarify any questions concerning your order.
